The interior pieces are epoxied in place. Some batteries, some tool boxes and a can of screws holds the pieces under pressure until the epoxy sets.   The pram, mast, tiller and dagger board and oars all receive five coats of  high quality UV protective varnish. The little boat begins to take on some real beauty and richness as the grain of the wood is enhanced and takes on some shine.

Final pictures of the completed pram. It turned out to be an very beautiful and charming little craft. Below are some detail shots of the leather and brass oar locks and the rudder assembly. This project was a lot of fun and it was nice to be able to do a new boat for a change of pace.
